1. Download and read the Going to State Information Packet

2. Register your team and volunteer worker
You have up to 2 weeks after your Regional Tournament to complete registration & payment. Please complete ASAP!

Contact your Regional Director if you need to make a change after you've submitted the form.

3. Make a payment

Payment options are:
Click our merchandise link and pay securely through Square. There is an added convenience fee of $10 per team that is already included in the price listed. Please be careful to select whether the team is Divisional (I-IV) or Primary.
Include your membership name, problem, division, and Coach ID.
Example: Phil N. OMER HS P5D3, Coach 77777777
If paying for multiple teams in one transaction, please select a quantity of 1 and add them to your cart individually.

Please note while there is a reference to a shipping fee, it is not applicable to registration payments. Using the Chrome browser will give you the best results as we've had issues with other browsers during the checkout process.

Make a check payable to FLOMA or Florida Odyssey of the Mind Association and mail it to: Anna Long, FLOMA AD, 5633 Donnelly Circle, Orlando, FL 32821.

Include Membership affiliation (i.e. College Park Middle School); Coach's first and last name and the 8 digit unique Coach Contact ID number. You are encouraged to provide additional information as well (i.e. Problem number and division), but you must include the 8 digit unique Coach Contact ID number.

There is no convenience fee if you are writing a check. The prices below are per team.
